Job summary

MSC Technology Italy is seeking a proactive ICT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams. In this role you will translate requirements into user stories, participate in SDLC activities, and contribute to agile ceremonies.

You will gather, analyze, and document business needs, collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA, and help drive digital transformation. A Bachelor's degree and experience with Jira/Confluence are expected; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven ICT Business Analyst experience and SDLC knowledge.
Hands-on with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
Experience with elicitation, analysis, and documentation; strong UI/UX and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA across the SDLC.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement.
