Still I Rise in Rome, Italy, is seeking an Education Specialist responsible for ensuring academic quality and operational effectiveness at International IB Schools. This role entails providing strategic oversight of the SIR Educational Model, managing educational operations, and supporting teacher development and implementation of policies. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Education, proven leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish are required.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing teachers and school leaders across diverse contexts.
• Strong understanding of international educational frameworks, especially IB.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation of the educational strategy.
• Guide curriculum design and assessment across IB and non-IB years.
• Coordinate with Programs for infrastructure, budgets, and resources.
