LJB & Co in Rome, Italy, seeks an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical delivery on a hyperscale data centre project.

You will manage M&E packages from pre-construction through commissioning, coordinate with design, procurement and site teams, drive quality, safety and schedule, and report progress to senior management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires fluent Italian and EU passport eligibility to work in Italy.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential for stakeholder and site team communication.
• EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Italy.
• Available to start within 2–4 weeks.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the M&E packages from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams, driving quality, safety, and programme compliance.
• Act as the key point of contact between Italian-speaking teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure strict health, safety, and environmental compliance across all M&E works.
• Regularly report on progress, risks, and performance to senior management.
• Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
