The ideal candidate has proven data centre commissioning experience, strong electrical or mechanical background, and hands-on leadership of large teams, with a client-facing communication style.

• Proven data centre commissioning experience (essential).
• Strong electrical or mechanical background is required.
• Experience leading commissioning teams on large-scale projects is essential.
• MEP project management experience is preferred.
• Confident client-facing communicator with stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead commissioning activities from planning through to client handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary commissioning teams across complex MEP systems.
• Drive quality, safety and programme delivery on hyperscale data centre projects.
• Develop commissioning plans, method statements and test scripts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Commissioning Engineers and future leaders.
