The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is offering a Supply Chain Process Engineer Intern position based in Cassina de’ Pecchi, Italy, with a hybrid on-site/remote model.

You will work on a selected project within Planning, Logistics, Customer Service or Continuous Improvement and gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations and data analysis. You will develop tools and dashboards, support process optimization, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in supply chain and operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Support supply chain projects in Planning, Logistics, Customer Service or Continuous Improvement.
• Analyze data and develop dashboards to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency.
• Assist in process optimization and standardization across processes.
