Generali is seeking a skilled Settlement professional to support the Middle & Back Office unit. The role focuses on matching and settlement of bond, equity, and derivative trades, ensuring timely confirmations and smooth instructions to custodian banks.

Collaboration with Front Office, brokers, and NAV processes is essential. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Finance or Economics with 3–5 years in settlement, fluent in English and Italian, and familiar with capital markets.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of proven settlement experience.
• Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Experience in consultancy or financial institutions.
• Good knowledge of capital markets and financial securities.

Mansioni

• Ensure timely broker confirmations of trades.
• Manage unconfirmed trades and coordinate with brokers and Front Office to resolve issues and issue settlement instructions.
• Monitor trade status and investigate discrepancies with related parties.
• Submit orders for subscription/redemption of funds via Funds Dealing Service or Transfer Agents; open related accounts.
• Provide stakeholders with lists of executed transactions.
• Perform matching and reconciliation ETD derivatives.
