ABB Italy is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with strong ABAP development skills to lead architecture and integration efforts for S/4HANA migrations. You will design and build SAP solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with enterprise standards, while supporting cross-functional teams across Italy and Europe.

The role requires deep SAP ABAP expertise, OO programming, and familiarity with RAP/CAP, SAP integrations, and modern data architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
10+ years experience as SAP Solution Architect and ABAP developer.
Strong SAP ABAP including OO programming; familiarity with RAP and CAP is a plus.
Experience in SAP integrations (IDOCs, BAPI, APIs, web services) and S/4HANA migration.

Responsibilities

Own software solution architecture across multiple categories and ensure alignment with standards.
Design and build SAP custom solutions; maintain integrity and quality of SAP solutions.
Support SAP integration services, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication.
