Job summary

Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in waste infrastructure, seeks a senior civil professional to lead tendering and pre-construction for multidisciplinary EPC projects. You will shape procurement strategies, coordinate constructability reviews, and drive tender-to-execution continuity across complex civil works.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil construction, deep knowledge of heavy civil methods, and strong negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary civil projects and tendering.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil tender preparation and pre-construction activities for multidisciplinary EPC projects.
• Develop civil tender, procurement and subcontracting strategies with package scopes and delivery programmes.
• Coordinate constructability reviews and develop construction methodologies, sequencing, logistics and programme inputs.
• Manage civil subcontract procurement from market assessment through bid evaluation and contract award.
• Ensure continuity from tender through project execution with clear transfer of key assumptions and requirements.
