Job summary

ProductLife Italia Srl, part of ProductLife Group, seeks a Digital Life Science Principal Consultant to drive digital transformation for life sciences clients. You will lead complex projects across pharmaceutical domains, shaping IT delivery, governance, and vendor partnerships.

The role offers hybrid work and continuous professional development within a global team focused on GMP-compliant digital solutions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in similar roles; STEM degree preferred.
• Experience in leading the digital delivery of IT software solutions in the pharmaceutical industry (MES/EBR, Serialization, Analytics).
• Knowledge of GMP and ISPE GAMP 5.
• Coding languages: SQL, JavaScript, Python; proficient with MS Office and project planning tools.
• Proven track record as main point of contact for internal and external teams.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and team building.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to developing and enhancing our business through project and resource planning and coordination.
• Lead projects for local and international Pharmaceutical clients, defining and monitoring activities and resources.
• Oversee implementation and integration of market-leading Life Sciences software solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with local and global software vendors.
• Involve in sales activities such as offer preparation and client negotiations.
• Involve in technical validation and review specification activities.
