Kuoni Tumlare in Rome is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to guide the JTB operations team and ensure high performance.

You will coordinate daily activities, drive efficiency, optimize supplier costs, and collaborate with Sales, Planning and Finance to meet service levels.

The role offers an international, hybrid working environment with a competitive annual gross salary of €40.000–€45.000.

Competenze

• Proven experience in operations management ( tourism a plus ).
• Knowledge of the business area, clients and suppliers.
• Understanding of Japanese culture and expectations.
• Good Japanese, English and Italian speaking capability.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute operational activities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
