Silgan Dispensing seeks a Junior Product Compliance Engineer in Romano d'Ezzelino (Vicenza), Italy, to join its global Product Compliance Team. The role supports regulatory, safety, and sustainability initiatives for cosmetics, personal care and fragrance products across markets.

You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field, with 0–2 years of experience, and fluency in

• Advanced/ Fluent English required for global collaboration.
• 1–2 years in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or similar preferred.
• Recent graduates with a Master’s degree will be considered.

• Evaluate products and raw materials against international regulations and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain product compliance documentation, declarations and technical files.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on products.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory experts.
