Job summary

Nordson Precision Agriculture in Rubiera, Italy is seeking a Product Regulatory Compliance Engineer to ensure ARAG products meet global regulatory requirements. The role links engineering, product development, and regulatory compliance to support market access and new product launches.

The successful candidate will help shape future compliance processes as the role expands from local to global responsibilities, collaborating with multiple internal teams and external laboratories.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated technical environment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and technologies.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work proactively and anticipate future regulatory developments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory requirements applicable to ARAG products across international markets.
• Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on products, applications, and business operations.
• Prepare, maintain, and improve technical and compliance-related documentation.
• Support new product development projects by providing regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Product Innovation, and external laboratories.
• Ensure products remain compliant with relevant regulations, directives, and industry requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes, documentation, and compliance workflows.
• Identify future regulatory trends and proactively support the business in preparing for upcoming changes.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of future regulatory software and tools.
• Serve as a key contributor to the internationalisation of ARAG’s regulatory organisation.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline

Experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated technical environment

Strong command of written and spoken English

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to work proactively and anticipate future regulatory developments
