BizAway S.r.l. (ES) in Milan is searching for a motivated Junior Accounts Receivables Support to enhance our Accounting Team. You will manage client inquiries regarding billing, invoices, and more, gaining hands-on finance operations experience in a dynamic international setting.

This full-time position offers a hybrid working model and a salary range of €22K to €26K as per the national agreement. Ideal candidates possess a degree in finance and excellent communication skills in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial legislation.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Degree in relevant field such as Accounting or Finance.
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet programs like Excel.
• High level of English and Italian communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support management of client inquiries related to billing.
• Assist with internal support requests from other teams.
• Monitor and manage Zendesk tickets effectively.
• Support professional communication as per company guidelines.
• Assist in credit notes and refund request processing.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate finance stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements in AR processes and workflows.
