Baralan International S.p.a. in Milano is looking for a professional to join their Administration and Finance team, focusing on managing accounts receivable for both domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate will ensure invoices are issued correctly and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications include a diploma in Accounting, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to support the Finance department effectively.

Competenze

• At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably with focus on accounts receivable.
• Belonging to a protected category under Law 68/99.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Mansioni

• Manage the accounts receivable process for domestic and international customers.
• Verify the accuracy of the data required to issue invoices and credit memos.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics departments.
