Telema International is seeking an IT Risk Specialist for a leading international banking group, offering a hybrid work arrangement in Emilia-Romagna. The role focuses on strengthening IT risk governance, overseeing regulatory compliance, and driving structured risk management across IT processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in IT Risk, Governance or IT Audit, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and knowledge of DORA and BoI Circular 285.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ IT Risk, Governance or IT Audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Information Engineering or Economics.
• Knowledge of banking ICT regulations such as DORA and Bank of Italy Circular 285.

Responsibilities

• Review IT processes to identify risk exposure across outsourcing, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
• Develop and monitor risk indicators and verify effectiveness of mitigations.
• Prepare periodic analyses for senior management and governance bodies responsible for risk oversight.
• Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely remediation of actions.
• Assess reliability of technology partners and governance.
• Update IT governance procedures to align with regulatory standards.
