Job summary

EPTA GROUP in Milano is seeking an Infrastructure Operation Specialist to ensure business continuity and optimize IT infrastructure, monitoring, and cloud platforms. You will support incidents, changes, and capacity planning while coordinating with security and project teams.

The role requires Linux server expertise, virtualization experience (VMware/Nutanix), and cloud knowledge (AWS). A CCNL-based salary with flexible working up to 50% smart working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure operations and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Linux servers and AD/GPO.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services, and ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and performance of IT infra and respond to anomalies.
• Perform daily ops: provisioning, patching, backups, capacity management.
• Administer operating systems and cloud platforms.
• Resolve incidents and changes; improve monitoring and logging.
• Collaborate with security teams for compliance and hardening.
