Qualifications

• Enrolled or recent graduate in a master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science Engineering or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus.
• Analytical skills and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify main cost and performance drivers of carbon fiber processes.
• Develop structured methodology for technical and economic evaluation of components.
• Design and validate a predictive, parametric tool for early estimates.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to analyze historical data and automate cost and cycle-time estimation.
• Report to cross-functional teams and management.
