Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager with Finance experience to lead finance-related IT initiatives in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. The role focuses on delivering projects on scope, time and budget while coordinating business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate will manage complex, cross-functional programs in financial services environments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and effective risk management. Hybrid work and a competitive salary are offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with proven experience managing Finance-related projects.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation would be a plus.
• Experience with system integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage projects involving Finance processes, systems and integrations, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex and international environments.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with relevant Finance, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management.
