Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives in the Supply Chain sector. You will coordinate multi-market rollouts across Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna and ensure successful delivery of complex IT projects.

Required are 5 years of PM experience, strong Jira/Confluence/SharePoint/Power BI knowledge, and fluent Italian and English. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably international or supply chain projects.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Nice to have: experience in Supply Chain projects and large-scale budgets.
• Nice to have: experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across different regions.
• Manage project planning, dependencies, costs, quality and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Oversee testing, cutover, go-live and handover activities.
• Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with supply chain processes and best practices.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
