Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking a senior leader to drive the end-to-end integration of acquisitions within Europe, translating strategic objectives into scalable integration plans.

You will partner with business leaders across functions to standardize processes while protecting the unique value drivers of each acquired entity, ensuring retention of capabilities, talent, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in post-merger integration, M&A, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-merger integrations: translate objectives into priorities and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration execution across finance, people & culture, legal, IS, and operations.
• Define integration approach: balance standardization with preserving unique value drivers.
• Protect continuity and value drivers: safeguard capabilities, relationships, and talent.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and decisions to maintain momentum.
• Monitor progress against business case, synergies, and milestones for realized value.
• Build ABB Robotics' integration capability with scalable methodologies and best practices.
