NHOA Energy is seeking a Certification & Compliance Engineer to join its Design Engineering team, based in Milan with hybrid remote work options. You will lead certification activities, prepare technical dossiers, and coordinate with external labs to ensure compliance across IEC, UL, and other standards.

The role requires a Masters in relevant engineering, strong electrical/electronics background, and 2+ years in certification processes.

Competenze

• Masters degree in Industrial & Information Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Strong background in electrical engineering, electronics, and energy systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in certification processes and international standards compliance.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with measurement and testing instrumentation.

Mansioni

• Analyze, interpret, and ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and other international standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including guidelines, analytical reports, test procedures, and application notes.
• Design, set up, validate, and coordinate test benches for compliance and certification activities.
• Select and manage laboratory instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable testing.
• Prepare and maintain technical dossiers for products and systems.
• Conduct RAM analyses and risk assessments.
