Fieldpiece is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for Milan to grow the HVACR business by building a distributor network and driving territory expansion. You will meet distributors, train sales teams and HVACR technicians, and push growth through strong relationships and product demonstrations.

Based in the Milan area, you will travel 2–3 overnight trips weekly to cover the territory and collaborate with the international EMEA sales team for success.

Competenze

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling through distribution channels.
• HVACR industry or related distributor network experience.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and provide demonstrations.
• Excellent training, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Professional-level English and fluency in Italian.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 overnight trips per week.

Mansioni

• Grow sales by developing relationships with HVACR distributors.
• Partner with distributor sales teams through product training and joint calls.
• Provide training to sales teams and HVACR technicians.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans.
• Represent Fieldpiece at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM in coordination with the EMEA team.
