Johnson Controls, Inc. in Italy seeks a Senior Field Service Supervisor for HVAC systems in the North East region, leading a team of technicians on-site in Cinisello Balsamo. You will drive service delivery, KPI excellence, and customer relationships.

You will develop talent, set objectives, coach staff, and ensure training and ongoing communication with service leadership. Fluent Italian and strong English skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years field service experience in HVAC systems: repairs and on-site maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Previous supervisory / team leader experience with team building skills.
• Interpersonal, team, strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Italian with strong English reading, writing and presentation skills.
• Sales acumen and a hands-on, can-do mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Notes.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of a technicians team to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage field service technicians across North East Italy for best-in-class experience.
• Set objectives, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and training.
• Develop talent and maintain communication with service leadership.
• Coordinate resource deployment and monitor field work and vacations.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent obligations with customers.
• Monitor operations KPIs and drive the team toward excellence.
