Stellantis cerca un HVac Release Engineer per guidare lo sviluppo e il rilascio di componenti HVAC a Roma, collaborando con powertrain, BIW e fornitori. Il ruolo richiede conoscenze di NX/CATIA e analisi DFMEA/DVP&R, con forte focus su test e validazioni.

Si richiede Laurea in Ingegneria e livelli elevati di competenza in MS Office, comunicazione e problem solving. Si valutano esperienze in progetti automotive e capacità di lavorare in team internazionali.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria.
• Competenze avanzate in ufficio PC e gestione documentale.
• Esperienza con DFMEA e DVP&R.
• Conoscenza di NX e CATIA e PLM/ENOVIA.

Mansioni

• Garantire che i componenti rispettino gli obiettivi di performance e coordinare lo sviluppo con aree come powertrain, BIW, Aero/Thermal e fornitori.
• Mantenere DVP&R di componenti e sottosistemi e realizzare analisi CFD/FEA su componenti.
• Guidare team virtuali per progettare e condurre CFD/FEA per soddisfare le prestazioni.
• Supportare il processo di pilot build in stabilimento per installazione HVAC.

Job Overview

• Ensuring the components meet performance objectives and will coordinate development with other functional areas such as powertrain, BIW, Aero/Thermal, Engine Cooling and suppliers. Duties will include writing source packages, specifications, requirements, change notices and overall supplier management to meet program timing and deliverables.
• Maintaining component and sub-system DVP&R, support and keep up to date with component bench testing, simulation, drive-cell and static cell test results as well as perform data analysis and establish proper corrective actions as required.
• Needing to lead virtual team to design and perform CFD and FEA analysis for components to meet performance.
• Supporting pilot build process at the assembly plant for development and installation of HVAC components.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor of Science (Engineering)

SKILLS:

• Strong PC + MS Office skills required.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Very good knowledge about Unigraphics NX and CATIA and PLM/ENOVIA.
• Strong PC + MS Office skills required. Excellent written, verbal and listening skills and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and motivated to produce results.
• Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
• Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R).
• Basic thermodynamics knowledge.
• Reactive problem solving (IS/IS NOT)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)
• Knowledge about rubber hoses and aluminum pipes
• Experience in e-compressors, chillers, EV components are a plus.
• Basic knowledge in Thermodynamics.
• Automotive assembly plant experience.

LANGUAGES

• Italian mother tongue or at least profiency.
• Good writing and speaking English (B2) mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience in A/C line, pressure sensor, accumulator or receiver drier.
• Other related design experience (Engine cooling, Aero-Thermal) is also a plus.

Offer

Salary range: from 37.000€ to 40.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (third) professional area.
