Swegon Operations in Italy seeks a Product Support Specialist to manage and update the selection software, support the sales network, and assist the Product Management team in HVAC solutions.

You will train the sales team, handle configuration data, and collaborate with IT and vendors on enhancements, while contributing to product launches and documentation. This role is based in Cantarana di Cona (VE), Italy, with national and international travel expected.

Competenze

• Master's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with proactive team orientation.

Mansioni

• Provide support to the sales team in using the selection software, including training and day-to-day operational assistance.
• Monitor and resolve errors related to unit configuration, including technical data and sales pricing.
• Gather feedback from sales, customers and stakeholders to drive tool improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors on enhancements, system integrations and upgrades.
• Participate in implementation projects and rollout of new modules and tools.
• Work with Product Managers and technical teams to ensure data accuracy of product configurations and performance.
• Develop and maintain marketing tools.
• Support Product Management in HVAC solutions development and value proposition.
• Prepare technical documentation and internal presentations.
• Contribute to product launches and phase-in/phase-out processes.
