Swegon Operations in Italy seeks a Product Support Specialist to manage and update the selection software, support the sales network, and assist the Product Management team in HVAC solutions.

You will train the sales team, handle configuration data, and collaborate with IT and vendors on enhancements, while contributing to product launches and documentation. This role is based in Cantarana di Cona (VE), Italy, with national and international travel expected.

Competenze

• Master's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Join our team! For Swegon Operations we are looking for aProduct Support Specialist. This position, based in theBusiness Development Department, will support Head of Strategic Product Management, working closely with Product Management Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, monitoring, and updating the selection software, ensuring that it effectively supports commercial processes. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and supporting documentation for the sales network and the Product Management team.

In particular, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Provide support to the sales team in the use of the selection software, including training and day-to-day operational assistance;
• Monitor and resolve errors or issues related to unit configuration, including technical data and sales pricing;
• Gather feedback from the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive the continuous improvement of tools;
• Collaborate with the IT department and external vendors to define enhancement specifications, system integrations, and software upgrades;
• Participate in implementation projects and the rollout of new modules and tools;
• Work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to ensure the consistency and accuracy of product data, including performance, configurations, and system limitations;
• Develop and maintain marketing tools;
• Support the Product Management team in the development, promotion, and value proposition of HVAC system solutions;
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and internal presentations;
• Contribute to product launch activities, product range updates, and phase-in/phase-out processes.

Availability to undertake short-term national and international travel is required.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Technical background (A Master's degree is preferred);
• Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment. A genuine curiosity and strong interest in the HVAC industry.
