Swegon Operations in Italy is seeking a PLC Software Developer to join the Technical Office. You will contribute to software interfaces and systems supporting the production line, working closely with design, testing and production teams.

Responsibilities include developing generic software, managing PLC programming systems, reading electrical/hydraulic diagrams, and performing SQL queries. Strong English and HVAC knowledge are required, with opportunities for global collaboration.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field.
• Experience or solid technical knowledge in HVAC sector.
• Knowledge of programming principles; read/write/modify code; JavaScript familiarity; OOP a plus.
• Knowledge of main development platforms (Carel, Copeland, Siemens).
• Ability to read electrical, refrigeration and hydraulic diagrams.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet and SNMP protocols.
• Good command of English to collaborate with worldwide locations.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain generic software and interfaces.
• Manage systems used for PLC programming on the production line.
• Analyse and interpret electrical, refrigeration and hydraulic diagrams.
• Perform SQL queries to retrieve data for technical activities.
• Support integration and testing of monitoring and communication systems.
