Generative Bionics is seeking a proactive HSE Technician to support health, safety and environmental activities at our Genoa facility. You will help ensure compliance with regulations, manage waste and SDS, coordinate training, and drive continuous improvement across ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 aligned processes.

The role collaborates with the Health and Safety Manager, lab managers, and operations to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• ASPP qualification (Modules A and B completed); Module C is a plus.
• Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and applicable Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Experience in workplace inspections, compliance monitoring, and HSE documentation management.
• Knowledge of waste management regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with laboratories, industrial equipment, machinery, and related safety requirements.
• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and workplace safety management practices.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other management systems is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Support risk assessment activities and the maintenance of HSE documentation and records.
• Perform workplace inspections and audits, supporting compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Support the implementation of HSE procedures across laboratories, workshops, and operational areas.

Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Technician to support the Company's Health, Safety and Environment activities, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and internal management systems. Working closely with the Health and Safety Manager (RSPP), laboratory managers, and operational teams, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace. The role combines occupational health and safety responsibilities with environmental management activities, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, environmental compliance, training coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
