Opdenergy, realtà attiva nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, cerca un HSE Technician per sostenere i progetti in Italia, con base a Vicenza.

Intraprendi attività di conformità normativa, gestione ISO 45001/ISO 14001, audit, audit, ispezioni in cantiere e monitoraggio KPI HSE, con opportunità di crescita in un contesto globale e multiculturale e contratto stabile.

Competenze

• Diploma tecnico o laurea in salute e sicurezza, ambientale o ingegneria.
• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo HSE, preferibilmente energia rinnovabile o costruzioni.
• Buona conoscenza della legislazione italiana su salute e sicurezza.
• Esperienza con ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
• Certificazione Preposto.
• Fluente in italiano e buon livello di inglese e/o spagnolo.

Mansioni

• Garantire conformità alle norme HSE italiane e ai permessi progetto.
• Supportare l'implementazione ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
• Preparare documentazione HSE, valutazioni dei rischi e registri ambientali.
• Supportare audit interni ed esterni HSE.
• Condurre ispezioni in cantiere per conformità HSE.
• Monitorare uso delle PPE e pratiche di lavoro sicure.
• Gestire Environmental Monitoring Plan e misure ambientali.
• Segnalare KPI HSE e contribuire al miglioramento continuo.
• Report periodici al dipartimento HSE aziendale.

The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

Opdenergy is now looking for a HSE Technician to give support to our projects in Italy.

What will you help with?

• Ensure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, projects permit, and company HSE policies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
• Verify environmental compliance, including waste management, environmental protection measures and environmental permits.
• Coordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access.
• Manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and implementation of environmental and compliance measures on projects.
• Manage budget related environmental measures and compliance activities.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
• Support the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collect and analyse HSE KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
• Report regularly to the Corporate HSE department.

Who you are:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Preposto certification (mandatory).
• Fluent Italian and a good level of English and/or Spanish.
