Opdenergy cerca un Tecnico HSE per supportare i nostri progetti in Italia. Ruolo ibrido con visite periodiche agli uffici di Bologna e contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Il candidato ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza in HSE, buona conoscenza della normativa italiana e esperienza con ISO 45001/ISO 14001. È richiunta la certificazione Preposto e conoscenze di italiano, inglese o spagnolo.

Competenze

• Due anni di esperienza in ruolo HSE equivalente (preferibile in energie rinnovabili, costruzione o ambienti industriali).
• Buona conoscenza della normativa italiana salute, sicurezza e ambiente.
• Esperienza con sistemi di gestione ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
• Prezzo di Preposto obbligatorio.

Mansioni

• Assicura conformità normativa HSE, permessi di progetto e politiche HSE dell’azienda.
• Supporta implementazione e manutenzione di ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
• Redige e mantiene documentazione HSE, valutazioni dei rischi e registri ambientali.
• Supporta audit e ispezioni HSE interni ed esterni.
• Effettua ispezioni in cantiere per garantire conformità HSE.
• Monitora uso di DPI e pratiche di lavoro sicure.
• Verifica conformità ambientale, gestione rifiuti e permessi ambientali.
• Coordina documentazione con appaltatori e verifica requisiti HSE prima accesso al cantiere.
• Gestisce Piano di Monitoraggio Ambientale e misure di conformità sui progetti.

Opdenergy is now looking for a HSE Technician to give support to our projects in Italy.

What will you help with?

• Ensure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, projects permit, and company HSE policies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
• Verify environmental compliance, including waste management, environmental protection measures and environmental permits.
• Coordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access.
• Manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and implementation of environmental and compliance measures on projects.
• Manage budget related environmental measures and compliance activities.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
• Support the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collect and analyse HSE KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
• Report regularly to the Corporate HSE department.

Who you are:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Preposto certification (mandatory).
• Fluent Italian and a good level of English and/or Spanish.
