Opdenergy cerca un Tecnico HSE per supportare progetti in Italia, con responsabilità di conformità alle leggi italiane e policies interne.

Avrà esperienza con ISO 45001/14001, certificazione Preposto e gestione delle visite nei cantieri. Ruolo remoto con visite periodiche agli uffici di Bologna e prospettive di crescita in un contesto globale.

Competenze

• Diploma tecnico o laurea in salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, ingegneria ambientale o discipline correlate.
• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo HSE, preferibilmente in energie rinnovabili, costruzione o ambiente industriale.
• Conoscenza della normativa italiana in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e gestione ISO 45001/14001.

Mansioni

• Garantire la conformità alle leggi italiane e alle politiche HSE aziendali.
• Supportare l'implementazione e la manutenzione di ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
• Preparare e mantenere documentazione HSE, valutazioni dei rischi e registri ambientali.
• Condurre ispezioni di cantiere regolari per garantire conformità HSE.
• Monitorare l'uso corretto di DPI e pratiche di lavoro sicure.
• Supportare audit e ispezioni interni/esterne.
• Raccogliere e analizzare KPI HSE.
• Supportare indagini su incidenti e near miss e azioni correttive.

Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

Opdenergy is now looking for a HSE Technician to give support to our projects in Italy.

What will you help with?

• Ensure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, projects permit, and company HSE policies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
• Verify environmental compliance, including waste management, environmental protection measures and environmental permits.
• Coordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access.
• Manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and implementation of environmental and compliance measures on projects.
• Manage budget related environmental measures and compliance activities.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
• Support the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collect and analyse HSE KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
• Report regularly to the Corporate HSE department.

Who you are:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Preposto certification (mandatory).
• Fluent Italian and a good level of English and/or Spanish.
