Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites an Internship Safety and Ergonomics Specialist to join the HSE function in Milan. You will contribute to safety and ergonomics through procedures, risk management, training, data analysis, and site collaboration, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role supports developing practical skills in safety management, regulation knowledge, and use of digital tools, with potential for an experimental thesis and professional growth.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Technical or Scientific studies (such as Tecniche della prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro, Ingegneria per la sicurezza del lavoro e dell’ambiente, Ingegneria della prevenzione e della sicurezza nell’industria di processo).
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Very good knowledge of Office and database management.
• Comprehensive knowledge about Safety (Machineries, Ergonomics, etc…) regulation, related standard and best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Join the HSE function and contribute to improving safety and ergonomics through procedure creation, risk management, training, data analysis, and site collaboration.
• Support trainee in redacting corporate procedures and implementing ergonomics risk reduction programs.
• Conduct training sessions on Technical Safety matters.
• Analyze HSE-related data and support Pirelli sites in adopting validated solutions using digital tools.
• Deploy risk assessment–driven processes and develop a structured approach to monitor Serious Injury & Fatality events.
