RINA is seeking a dedicated HSE Regulatory Compliance & Technical Safety Specialist to join its Milan or Genoa offices within the Plant Engineering Division. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to PED, Machinery Directive, and fire protection standards across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will lead regulatory compliance programs, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to risk assessments and continuous improvement in a vibrant international environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (General) or Environmental Science.
• 3–5 years of applied experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance or related industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of PED, Machinery Directive, CE conformity processes, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with regulatory authorities, audits and industry standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Mansioni

• Lead regulatory compliance programmes and ensure alignment with evolving legislation.
• Provide guidance on technical safety under PED and Machinery Directive; review risk assessments and documentation.
• Support project teams to embed compliance requirements from concept to operation.
• Participate in safety studies, hazard identifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
