Freudenberg Sealing Technologies S.a.s. di Externa Italia S.r.l.u. in Lombardy is seeking a seasoned HSE Leader to guide the site's safety program, mentor the HSE team, and drive risk assessment and incident prevention across functions.

You will develop and implement policies, oversee plant installations, collaborate on purchasing, and promote ergonomic workplaces while ensuring compliance with local safety regulations. The role requires 7–10 years in HSE and 3–5 years of leadership experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in HSE, EHS, or safety management within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.
• 3–5 years of experience leading HSE teams or programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in HSE, EHS, or safety management within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment
• 3–5 years of experience leading HSE teams or programs
• Proven experience managing site‑level or multi‑site HSE operations
• Experience working in regulated environments with local, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements

The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is € 42,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
