Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. in Nonantola, MO is seeking an intern to join the HSE Department. You will support health, safety and environmental activities, help maintain company standards, and ensure compliance with current regulations.

You will work on a project to digitalize HSE processes, with a focus on optimizing behavioral monitoring tools and introducing smart digital BBS checklists, collaborating with multiple functions to gather requirements.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering disciplines with interest in health, safety and environmental topics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support in drafting and updating HSE documentation.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance related to safety and environmental matters.
• Participate in internal audits and workplace inspections.
• Collect and analyze data related to accidents, near misses, and HSE indicators.
• Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE area.
• Responsibility for the preliminary study related to the introduction of “smart” digital BBS (Behavior Based Safety) checklists.
• Analyze current processes and identify digitalization needs.
• Evaluate digital tools and solutions for checklist management.
• Support the definition of a standardized and easily implementable model.
• Collaborate with the involved company functions to gather requirements.
