Job summary

Vestas Taranto HSE Department seeks a qualified professional to lead and support Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives at the Taranto manufacturing site. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to strengthen risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Solid knowledge of Italian HSE legislation, particularly D.Lgs. 81/08.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
ASPP/RSPP qualification is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental processes across the Taranto manufacturing site.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering teams to identify, assess and mitigate workplace hazards and operational risks.
Conduct safety inspections, workplace observations and risk assessments, supporting preventive and corrective actions.
Support investigations of incidents, accidents and near-misses, including root cause analysis and action tracking.
Monitor effectiveness and completion of corrective actions to improve HSE performance.
Contribute to maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
