Mercera0in Milan is seeking a proactive sales professional to join the Sales Team within the Career business offering. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients and proposing HR solutions across Workforce & Organization Transformation, Rewards, Digital Transformation, Talent Strategy, and Change Management.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop commercial proposals, engage in RFP responses, and collaborate with Mercer Career Practices and Marsh colleagues to meet client needs.

Competenze

• Master27s Degree in Economics/Management or similar.
• Proven professional experience in client-facing roles.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop new business opportunities for Mercer with Marsh Group businesses.
• Identify and engage prospective clients via cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to the development and delivery of sales campaigns; prepare proposals and RFP responses.
• Contribute to sales targets by building and maintaining a strong client portfolio and conducting regular sales meetings with Mercer Career Practices and Marsh colleagues.
• Negotiate contractual terms under guidance of the Chief Commercial Officer and support the Leadership Team with commercial effectiveness.
