Valeo Mondovì seeks an HR Trainee/Apprentice to learn across HR areas and bridge HR with employees. You will support communications, events, and employer branding while coordinating trainings in a multicultural international setting.

Qualifications

Mission

You will learn how to: Assist Site HR Mgr in a variety of activities related to different HR areas and play a connecting role between HR and employees Support communication activities, internal event organization, employer branding initiatives Coordinate HR trainings and other development activities Support the implementation of the HR Valeo Standard referential in the Engagement of Personnel.

Desired skills and experience

Education

Psychology/Economics/Law/Communication/Education Sciences Degree, with interest and passion for Human Resources area

Competences required

excellent skills in analysis and planning, proactive behavior, interest in testing yourself in an international context; good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, Excel)

Language

Italian mother tongue, fluent English
