Ayvens cerca una risorsa in stage da inserire nel team HR Total Reward, Organization & Performance. In questa posizione, supporterai i processi di Performance e Organization implementando KPI HR a livello locale e centrale, contribuendo anche al reporting e alle presentazioni per stakeholder interni ed esterni.

La risorsa crescerà in un contesto multinazionale, con focus su monitoraggio, archiviazione di job descriptions e manutenzione degli organigrammi, in un percorso formativo di alto valore.

Competenze

• Laurea preferibilmente in discipline economiche
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
• Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Excel e PowerPoint)
• Ottime capacità relazionali, flessibilità e dinamismo
• Ottime capacità organizzative, di analisi e reporting dei dati

• Affiancare e supportare i colleghi senior nelle attività relative alla predisposizione delle lettere
• Supportare la gestione delle Job descriptions e l’aggiornamento degli organigrammi
• Supportare il Team nel processo di Flexible Benefits
• Supportare il Monitoraggio e la gestione del Performance Management
• Supportare il reporting KPI HR
• Creare presentazioni efficaci (PowerPoint) per interlocutori interni ed esterni
• Aggiornare e redigere le procedure interne

Scopo della posizione:

Tramite la definizione di un progetto formativo dedicato, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle attività del team HR Total Reward, Organization & Performance, supportando i processi di Perfomance e Organization attraverso l’implementazione di processi sia a livello Locale che Centrale. Sarà inoltre attivamente coinvolta in parte delle attività di monitoraggio e reporting dei diversi KPI HR.

Principali attività:

• Affiancare e supportare i colleghi più senior nelle attività relative alla predisposizione delle lettere
• Supportare le risorse più senior nelle attività di presidio della corretta archiviazione delle Job descriptions e manutenzione degli organigrammi aggiornati
• Supportare il Team nel processo di flexible benefit in relazione alle attività di apertura, monitoraggioe chiusura del programma di Flexible Benefits
• Affiancare e supportare il Team in tutte le attività relative al processo di Perfomance Management con focus principale su monitoraggio e follow-up dei vari step di processo – nel rispetto delle tempistiche previste dai regolamenti vigenti
• Supportare il Team nelle attività di monitoraggio e predisposizione del reporting utile alla definizione dei KPI HR
• Fornire supporto nella creazione di presentazioni (PowerPoint ) efficaci e professionali verso diversi interlocutori aziendali interni ed esterni , seguendo le linee guida aziendali
• Affiancare i colleghi del Team nelle attività di aggiornamento e redazione delle procedure interne

Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:

• Laurea preferibilmente in discipline economiche
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
• Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare degli applicativi Excel e Power Point)
• Ottime capacità relazionali, flessibilità e dinamismo
• Ottime capacità organizzative, di analisi e reporting dei dati
