Bachecalavoro in Rome seeks an HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will oversee talent management, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or hospitality management.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ER, performance management, L&D, and succession planning.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Understanding of labor cost management, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities.
