Job summary

Leonardo SpA is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities. The internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment and close collaboration with the HR team.

Responsibilities include acting as the first contact for employees, supporting recruitment and training needs, and assisting with SAP/Workday data management. Hybrid working in Cascina Costa, IT.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and People Management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling day-to-day HR-related requests.
• Support the collection and analysis of recruitment and training needs.
• Contribute to the implementation of employee development initiatives.
• Manage administrative activities related to People Management in coordination with the Personnel Administration team.
• Support the management and updating of People Management data and processes in SAP/Workday.
