Job summary

Prysmian Group in Milan is seeking an HR Analyst to transform people data into actionable insights for the HR team. You will work with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development on workforce planning, reporting and people analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, economics, statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent numeric, data analysis, and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
