Pirelli HQ Maintenance Method Manager role drives continuous improvement across Pirelli’s manufacturing footprint. You’ll develop standards, train teams, and support factories in best practices to reduce costs, boost uptime, and optimize spare parts management.

You’ll lead cross-functional global projects and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Based in Italy with international mobility, you’ll train at Pirelli Academy, assess factory readiness, and collaborate with Plant Directors to

Competenze

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with significant maintenance and Lean exposure.
• Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management is required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

In this role you drive the continuous improvement of maintenance across Pirelli’s global manufacturing footprint. You work within the central Continuous Improvement Team to develop standards, train teams, and support factories in implementing best practices. You’ll focus on reducing costs, increasing machine uptime, and optimizing spare parts management, while promoting a culture of improvement through the PME program. This position offers international collaboration, mobility, and a clear path to broader impact in manufacturing excellence. You’ll shape maintenance methods and lead cross-functional efforts to elevate performance across plants.
