ZURU is seeking a General Services Coordinator for our Milan office. The role is 100% on-site, part-time (21 hrs/week), fixed-term for 12 months, with compensation between €13,152 and €14,175.
You will own day-to-day office operations, manage orders and vendors, track the budget, and serve as the go-to for team requests. The position requires fluent Italian and good English, with an international, on-site team.
Zuru Tech is on a mission to digitalise how buildings are constructed worldwide, with a multinational team building the first BIM software that lets you design your home and have it built. Our Milan office is busy and growing, and it only runs smoothly if someone owns the practical side of it. That's this role. As General Services Coordinator you keep the office stocked, supplied and working, handle orders and vendors end to end, and are the person the team turns to when something needs sorting.
