Proven background in hotel operations management across multiple departments.
Track record of delivering world-class customer service and high guest satisfaction.
Strong communication skills with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
Experience in training and developing staff to maintain service quality.
Ability to handle fast-paced hospitality challenges with problem-solving.
Familiarity with hospitality software and operational systems is an advantage.
Italian speaking is a must.
