Job summary

The Luxury Collection Hotel Florence is seeking Kitchen Support Experts to assist with kitchen and dining operations, cleaning, and basic preparation tasks across departments. You will follow safety policies, maintain a clean, professional appearance, and help transport dishware while supporting multiple hotel areas.

Experience in hospitality is preferred, and the role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen, food & beverages, and employee dining areas across departments.
• Assist with cleaning and basic kitchen preparation tasks.
• Follow all safety and security policies; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds as required.
