At W Rome, a luxury hotel, we seek a meticulous finance professional to join the Finance team. You will ensure accuracy of financial records, support month-end processes, and manage invoices and payments, collaborating with departments to support business success.

Ideal candidates have prior hospitality finance experience, strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, and proficiency with financial systems and MS Office. You will work independently within a collaborative, service-focused team.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a Finance or Accounting role within the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of hotel financial operations, accounting principles, and reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for delivering excellence every day.
• Must have prior experience in a hotel Finance department and EU citizenship.

• Manage and maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments and vendor invoices.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support business needs and improve efficiency.
• Act as a role model within the department by promoting teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail.
