Jetex is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our Milan team within a premium private aviation environment. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain impeccable presentation, and support VIP operations with discretion and efficiency.

Fluency in Italian and English, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting are essential. On-site shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required to serve our international clientele.

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain a welcoming, comfortable, and premium environment for all guests.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within 5-star hotels, VIP lounges, premium restaurants, or private aviation.
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple guest requests.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Previous experience serving VIP or high-profile clientele is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Milan, Italy.
