Aethos Milan is seeking an early-career accountant to join our finance team. You will record and reconcile daily transactions, manage VAT registers, and support monthly closings in a hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with hotel departments and external vendors. Fluent English is preferred to support our international team. Italian fiscal knowledge and ERP familiarity are a plus.

Competenze

• Essential: 1–2 years in a similar accounting role, preferably hospitality
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, VAT, and Italian fiscal regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software and reporting tools
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with hotel departments and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide insights
• Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies

Mansioni

• Record and reconcile daily transactions, including bank transfers and cash receipts
• Maintain VAT registers, general ledgers, and fixed asset records
• Process supplier invoices and customer billing cycles
• Support monthly closings and annual closing checks
• Assist with audits and compliance with Italian tax regulations
