Competenze

Job Purpose

The essence of this role is to develop a holistic view of the category and how our brands can lead category growth and pursue their purpose. Being part of the CSP team means you will be part of a cross‑functional team and partner with internal key stakeholders such as sales, marketing and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop category vision and action plan to support category growth (not only for U brands).
  • Ensure smooth execution across channel and customer by constant tracking of each project's progress.
  • Co‑develop innovation launch pack with marketing team since campaign development, channels & activation plan & promo guidelines.
  • Ensure on‑time in full (OTIF) NPD launch into market with readiness in all touchpoints, e.g., POSM management, sufficient pipeline volumes planning, promotional activities.
  • Provide promotion guideline and rules based on learning from post‑evaluation and deliver category objectives.
  • Work with the CBD teams to develop and sell‑in optimal customer plans covering important areas such as pricing, promotions, innovation and assortment.
  • Build an effective and holistic Below The Line activity plan.
  • Responsibility for sell‑out performances and market analysis.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy Planning or Marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Studies or Science. Master’s degree would be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Open minded and curious.
  • Good knowledge of category and retailer dynamics.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent English.
Additional Information

Work location: Hybrid – Rome, Italy. Flexible to come to Rome whenever asked and needed.
